I want to take these moment to praise jareth m in the fair oaks mall every time i enter he is so amazing he knows everything about the store hes very and i mean very professional curiosity and is able to answer all my questions without hesitation he does above and beyond work he is an amazing outstanding asset for your company if possible go to him and say thank you for me he always put me in a better mood as well of a direction

I know for the same price I can get my own pint of Haagen Dazs. But it’s one of the few treats I really let myself indulge in. I come here after a big accomplishment at work or need a pick-me-up. I get the chocolate cone with sprinkled peanuts and two scoops of coffee ice-cream - and it’s the best. Nothing hits the spot quite like it. Staff are super friendly. From time to time I may try another flavor. The coffee chip is good too. But I usually revert back. Moments of happiness seem priceless.

We arrived at Häagen-Dazs on 02/20/2026 at 8:35 PM,well before the posted 9:00 PM closing time. I ordered a simple Belgian chocolate milkshake, and the employee responded that she “couldn’t really make anything because we were very close to closing” and said she “only had a few minutes.” I drove specifically to this location, and there was another family behind us who heard the same response and ended up leaving as well. In total, eight customers walked away. I understand preparing for closing, but if the store is open until 9:00 PM, customers should still be served or change your hours. Unfortunately, this experience felt rushed and unwelcoming.

Jareth and Jenny are AWESOME manager and they TOTALLY let me get the best flavors and YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY.

Creamy ice cream and rich in flavor, strawberry and coffee were my favorite. The place is clean and well organized.
