$9.27 for two measly scoops of sorbet is pretty outrageous even for Mall prices. Total rip off. Being told that I cannot get a small cup what contains 2 scoops but have to take the next size up because I want two different flavors is mind blowing, especially because it was still just two scoops. Last time I had ice cream there

You have 3 girls working not a very long line and they lack acknowledging their customers. No milk for milkshakes on a busy day. Ordered a banana split, was served only vanilla ice cream, and frozen strawberries , as well as whipped cream. No bananas, no fudge, or cherry. Didn't mind the no fudge part much, ate a bit of it thinking bananas might be in the middle .. nope... Asked the girl who made it and she said they were there I moved ice cream around to look for them told her no and then asked if she had in fact made a banana split. She said yes and when I asked why nothing else was added and if she can add some bananas or fudge at least she declined and said she couldn't touch the product after it's been eaten. Mind you it was practically full....

Came last night before everything closed. There were two girls working on their phones. Disengaged from their surroundings. I normally don't care about this but they treated me like if they didn't make eye contact w me that I would go away. I stood there waiting for service. Asked if they were still open since they were still there. The one girl did finally acknowledge me and said rudely it was only scoops. Fine then please give me the two scoops. Her bad attitude is the reason I didn't tip either of them. Had she been more pleasant I would have tipped her like I normally do when I go there. Don't act like customers are an inconvenience when we are literally the reason why you even have a job. Managers don't hire children who don't know how to engage appropriately w customers. Bad attitude

I bought one milkshake! It was good but the price is too high .

Came for a belgian milkshake at 830, they close at 9. They said they were only doing scoops because they already cleaned the blenders. 30 min before they close.... they should not be shutting down early. It does not take long to clean a blender. Verry dissapointed.
