I ordered a large delivery order from here and there was a mixup that lead to my food not being correct. After calling the store and talking to Rick, he apologized and immediately offered to remake the entire order for me. Then when I got there Rick walked me through what was unavailable and offered any available substitutions. Rick turned a frusterating experience into a fun adventure for myself and my roomates who went with to get the new order!
I use oxygen tanks when I’m out and about and me and my sister wanted to quickly get food at the tablet… we waited over an hour for our food which at that point became rush hour which we wanted to avoid but also because of the S L O W deliver I wasted a whole precious hour of my oxygen tank time, I only get 4!! Really bummed I won’t be returning. ☹️
