Hy-Vee Bakery

This the worst service I have ever experienced. I came in at 5:45 pm last night to place an order for a cake. I gave the employee my name and confirmed that I would be picking it up today at 5:30 pm. When I arrived today to pick up the cake I planned for a birthday cake surprise, I was told that my cake could not be found. That is unacceptable. If a customer places an order, they should be given a receipt or some form of confirmation so orders can be tracked properly. Now I have no cake for my birthday, and I am being told to just pick another cake for free. That is not what I want. I want the cake I ordered, not a random replacement. This situation shows a lack of organization and accountability simple.

The bakery created our four tier wedding cake. We chose a simple design and added fresh flowers. It turned out great and tasted even better.

The lady wouldn’t even let me order cookies and when I told her about the other hyvee that made these type of cookies (chocolate chip) she looked at me like I was stupid.

Hy-Vee Bakery is a favorite supplier for any celebratory event!!!
