Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

Friendly staff and clean! One basket grilled 4 piece and one basket fried 4 piece. Food tasted good. But for $9.99, it was like 1 tender was sliced thin and served as 4. Finally decided to try after moving here 3 years ago. Can't say the taste was so good we need to go back. If portions were better we may but $30+ tax and tip wuth this amount of food is not ideal in today's world...

Horrible experience! When I sat down at the table, it is dirty because I didn't want to take up a larger clean table since I was eating alone. A server asked me what I wanted to drink and I ordered sweet tea. She walked away and I never saw her again.When finally another server (Paige W) showed up and asked me what I wanted to drink. I told her sweet tea and asked for a rag to wipe down the table. I ordered chicken tenders with tater tots. I am not kidding you when I say not even 20 seconds later, she was back at the table with burnt chicken tenders and burnt tater tots that were so old they were not even warm. After working as a server and a cook for many years, it only took me looking at it to realize I did not want it, but I didn't have time to go somewhere else to eat on my lunch brea

Not my style restaurant as there is a drive-thru however, the wait is too long in ratio to the quality of the food. Not worth the money. I gave it three tries. The first visit went relatively well, ordered the same meal the second visit and was immediately sick after eating it. Upon our third and last try, I realized that the shrimp burger contained shrimp that hadn't been cleaned prior to frying and putting on the sandwich. Failure to devein shrimp can cause nausea or vomiting to people with special diets. Symptoms I prefer to stay away from. Staff, however, were friendly and supplied whatever we needed. Did a online order for a Philly cheesesteak. Had issues with app. Not the stores fault.. I didn't take all the stuff off sandwich on app. BUT! What brung me here is the gravy fries. Ordered a LARGE gravy fry and got enough for a small child to eat... paid extra for large. Geesh... was literally 20 fries lol

My son dined in with a field trip a few weeks back and I just wanted to thank the staff for making such a positive experience for him. He's now started asking to go to Hwy55 over other fast food options. Well done! Thanks!
