Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

Love the throw back theme of 40's and 50's. Food was very filling and great tasting. Our waitress was awesome. Very nice place to sit at the counter on stools like old times. This is one of the best highway 55 I have been to. The employees were friendly. The kitchen works hard to make sure that you don't wait long for hot meals. Loved my visit here.

This restaurant has about the most friendliest servers there are. they are all extremely polite. And willing to jump at a moment's notice.When somebody needs something.. definitely, stop it this one.If you get a chance

The chili cheese fries that I ordered were in a container with paper under them.. The paper stuck to the fries and was hard to get off. I'm not sure how but the chili was also ice cold. My husbands sandwich wasn't wrapped correctly and leaked in the bag and he said the bread was so soggy it was wet. We live less than 5 minutes away and have never had these problems but I'm not sure what the problem was tonight.

This is my third time visiting this restaurant, and my notice of the excellent service is not a fluke. It's consistent, and it serves as one of the reasons I keep coming back, in addition to the great food. All of my experience has been with takeout, but I have no doubt that the dining-in experience would be the same. I've become a regular!

Wife and I were passing through the area and stopped with no expectations however we were pleasantly surprised. The interior is charming and fun to sit in since you don't find restaurants with a 1950s diner decor too often anymore. The staff as incredibly friendly and a joy to be served by. The food was great and the lemonade and orangeade are made with fresh squeezed fruits. Truly a wonderful establishment and the wife and I would definitely eat here again.
