The food here is most definitely overpriced considering their quality and portions, but the service was good in my experience and this is a nice place to sit at while waiting for boarding. I got the breakfast sandwich with fries; it had a good helping of eggs but the bacon was lacking in portion and crispiness, and the fries were okay.

Start to finish, this was a very poor dining experience. The restaurant was no more than 1/3 full, yet the service was still slow, impolite and inattentive. It took a while of waiting at the host stand to be seated, and my waitress clearly seemed like she wanted nothing to do with the likes of me. As far as food goes, I ordered the NY Strip, medium rare, and the roasted root vegetables. The vegetables tasted like they had a weird sticky sweet glaze on them that was very off putting. While that’s disappointing on its own, the steak they accompanied was the worst I’ve had since I was 9 years old eating well done steak tips with ketchup. My “medium rare” steak was more like medium well, dry and riddled with gristle and a fat band that had completely separated from the rest of the cut before

Ordered salad to go And I asked them dded shrimp to it. Opened the box almost at the time of my departure and found ridiculous 3 shrimps that I paid 13usd for! This unacceptable as if I had ordered a dish to eat there I imagine to get at last 4, as that’s the way all salads with add shrimp are done.. can you imagine a plate full of lettuce and 3 small shrimps? Very bad for a restaurant in NyC! Talked to the manager and she said: yes that’s what you get! That’s it! - Seriously?? Do better! Now i don’t have time to get any other food, as my flight is departing. It’s such a shame!!!

Terrible service. My wife got the $32 cheese burger. No burger is worth $32. When she started to eat it she found onion in it. My wife cannot and does not eat onion. It’s mixed into the burger so it’s not like a piece of onion sitting on top of the burger. We told the server that she could not eat it. What does she do? She takes the drinks off of our bill. After we left we went right across to the Melt Shop and she got a grilled cheese there. Seriously save your money and go across the way where burgers are half the price. Oh and the burger is marketed as a truffle cheese burger on the menu. Our server said they don’t have a truffle cheese burger it’s just a plain cheese burger.

The service was terrible from beginning to end. I waited at the host stand to be seated and was ignored by both people working. They continued to service others already dining without acknowledging my existence. “Be with you in a moment” would have sufficed. Finally as one of them passed by I asked if I would be seated or if I am to seat myself. Waitress then said she would seat me. I was seated with no menu or silverware and sat there for 15mins with again no acknowledgment. When the other waitress passed by I asked for a menu and she gave me one. Another waitress arrived and took my order, and i got a water and coffee. What’s pictured is the $24 breakfast two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and toast.
