Hungry Howie's Pizza

Honestly, it’s pretty rare to have major issues at this location. But here we are. In short, I placed a mobile order for three different items and upon arriving 30 minutes after placing the order 2 of 3 were completed. They forgot the wings. They quickly jump to make the wings fresh, which ended up taking another 30 minutes, and while I was waiting in the lobby for my order to finally be completed, I witnessed two other online orders come in and pick up their orders and walk out, and another walk-in Pizza order to where the gentleman’s credit cards were declined twice, which I promptly offered to pay and take care of his pizza. His pizza? Yes, it was created from scratch and came out and left the building before my order was even completed! Now, that I finally took the food home after one

Sadly my go-to pizza spot has changed. My last three experiences have been terrible. Ordered pepperoni and bacon - see pics for two pieces with on pepperoni on each and no noticeable bacon. Previous order was similar. Order before that was a delivery that was never made “because they didn’t have a driver and no door dashers responded” BUT THEY DIDNT CALL TO TELL ME THIS. I could’ve picked it up had I known but when I called 45 mins after ordering I was told the pizzas had been sitting there waiting for over a half hour. Worse yet - I don’t know her name - but the manager was indifferent and didn’t care to try to fix or address any of my issues each time! I love Jets, Green Lantern, Dominos, and even Little Caesars - so at least we have other, much better, options. Sad to see them take such

Let start here I originally attempted to order using the customer service one line ordering service I was disconnected in between placing my order which prompted me to call back and press option two to be in contact with the store itself.
