Kudos to Kailyn and Hungry Bowl Mongolian Grill Sushi & BBQ in Bowie, Maryland!! ✨ Kailyn was my server during my first visit to Hungry Bowl and she made a great first impression. She gave me a warm welcome and a helpful introduction to how everything works at the restaurant. Kailyn was attentive, friendly, and took the time to explain the specials, the Mongolian grill process, and even offered some recommendations. The ingredient station for the Mongolian grill looked very fresh and clean, with a wide variety of vegetables and meats to choose from. There were so many options to build your own bowl, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I know many restaurants like this closed during the pandemic, so I’m really glad to have one close by in Bowie. Hungry Bowl offers a great Mongo

This place beat my expectations. Hostess were friendly and we got seated right away. Our waiter explained to us how the unlimited buffet worked. He was extremely attentive and checked on us. Every dish we had was well seasoned, cooked to perfection and I can’t wait to come back again! It has all the options you can think of, sides, sushi, stir fry; amazing!

I used to drive 45 minutes away to go to a Mongolian grill on Wisconsin Ave in Bethesda. It's been closed since 2012, so how excited was I to hear a Mongolian grill opened pretty much in my backyard. I've wanted to go for lunch, but my schedule never allowed so I went for a late lunch early dinner. It's a little small for a Mongolian grill. They have a nice size bar area, but no current liquor license, so I'll have to come back once it's in place. I was greeted and seated right away. My server Heaven was fabulous. She was energetic and attentive. She explained the ordering process and what was included in the all you can eat. Unlike other Mongolian grills, they offer Korean bbq, sushi rolls, sushi and sashimi. OK, I’m going to start off by saying I am not a buffet girly. There isn’t one buffet I’ve been to that I actually liked. But last week we went to Smoky Balls, and my daughter saw Hungry Bowl and wanted to try it, so we gave it a shot. I will say the wait was extremely long about 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly, and once we were seated, the food came out pretty promptly. The sushi was OK but I usually eat sushi from Gracie’s, so when you compare the two, Hungry Bowl definitely felt more on the low-budget side. One thing I did think was cool is that they didn’t charge extra for drinks everything was included. Everyone except me got a bowl, and they said it was decent, but I didn’t try it myself. I visited a newly opened Mongolian BBQ restaurant in Bowie!!! I was impressed with the level of service, food, and ambiance! We visited during peak hours, but fortunately, our wait was only 25 minutes, which was worth it! For all-you-can-eat, you can choose from all three (Mongolian BBQ, Sushi, and Korean BBQ). Our server, Jose, was excellent and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious.
