Hungry Bear Restaurant

First time visit. We had a great lunch and we will return when in the area. Looking at other meals as they passed by us looked equally delicious. Serving sizes were big, I brought half my wrap home. The restaurant had a cozy feeling and our service was friendly. My only negative is the floor could use a better cleaning, around the edges were cruddy. The bathrooms were clean, again it was the floors.

I was on a solo work trip and looking for a 'brunch." Perfect timing since they close at 2 p.m. Such a pretty restaurant inside with all of the knotty pine and cottage decor. Pleasant and attentive staff. Breakfast with real maple syrup and real butter was a deal maker!

This is such a cute restaurant—so warm and welcoming! They are open 7a-2p. I ordered the corned beef hash and cheese omelette; it was stuffed full! I really loved the atmosphere and the service

Definitely a must visit if you are in Plattsburgh! Our waitress was very friendly and checked on our table several times during our meal. The food was great as well, good breakfast and lunch assortment.

I was in town for a few days and ate breakfast there every morning. It was amazing. The food and service are outstanding. This is a great local restaurant that needs to be visited..... try the pancakes, they were great....
