Hungry Bear Deli

It was a last minute choice for lunch, it was pretty crowded with about half of the police force dining there. Food was good and came out reasonably fast, a lot of take out orders for the lunch rush. With that time frame parking was slim and a little hard to find.

Wow, this has to be the best sandwich place anywhere! They are made overflowing with the tastiest ingredients, exactly how you request! For the same price as a burger king meal, you can get a sandwich that is fresh, custom made and oozing with deliciousness! One sandwich is basically 2 meals worth. And the owners/workers there are so welcoming and generous, you don't see that often anymore. I typically get the buffalo grilled chicken sandwich with mushrooms and extras, check out the pics! Also have Mac Daddy beer and large TVs there. I only wish I could get it more often! Have to pace myself. Honestly, my wife and I haven't found a better sandwich place in California. For the price and service, it can't be beat.... and on certain days you can check out their adorable french bulldog hanging

This deli is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their menu is simple with a lot of selection. The food was timely and large enough for two meals. There was plenty of space for a large group or a small gathering. I would definitely recommend for any sub lovers.

This is a hidden jem. The menu has most any style sub on it. If they do not have it listed chances are they can make it. The owner was supa friendly and changed the tv for me to watch the baseball game. Fortunately there wasnt to many Dodgers fans in there. Food was made fresh to order and the portion size was killa for the money spent. No comparisons to the big chain brands. I hate to give good reviews because the spot will get blown up busy and ill have to wait.....but everything was so good I can only five the best review. Thanks hungry deli.....you made my night. So good I could not only have one I had to have a second. . Didn't bring home leftovers because there wasn't any.....to good to wait.
