Hummus Republic

I absolutely loved the food here. It tasted fresh and as I watched the employees (who were very nice and helpful) dish and serve my meal, and those prior to mine, I noticed tgat they were very aware of cleanliness and not criss-contaminating things, which I appreciate. My (adult) daughter thought the food was only okay overall, except for the pita bread (which she loved), but she isn't a huge fan of hummus, soooo...grain of salt. I'm not a huge fan of the location, bc it feels k8nd of claustrophobic fir me, but eating outside on a temperate day was nice. The parking situation is often odd at this plaza, but if you're okay to park a little farther away, then that's a non-issue. There are so many other places in this plaza that can supplement this meal, and you could take a couple of hours

Will not go back. Walked into this place waited 5 minutes for someone to tell me I will be helped in a couple of minutes. There was no line.2 people in the restaurant; 1 was eating and the other was waiting for her food. Had to wait 10 minutes by the register to put my order in. My food wasn't ready for 35 minutes!!! My wife ordered her food at a busy place called Urbane Cafe that was seated to capacity in their restaurant and getting numerous pick up orders completed. My wife ordered her food within 5 minutes and was eating 15 minutes after placing her order. I was still waiting for my food to be completed when she finished hers. Very disappointed with this place I was looking forward to trying.

Not for me. It was like taking the ingredients of every can in your pantry and then combining and mixing them together. I ended up paying $20 for a bowl of sauce and jalapeños and olives.

What a great place for delicious fresh food! I chose a bowl with couscous and chickpeas as my base then customized it with a vegetarian/vegan option with falafel as the protein. I added beets, cabbage, olives, cucumbers, artichokes, etc. I finished it off with 2 sauces. There are so many choices I’m amazed it all fit into the bowl. I will have at least 2 meals to enjoy this amazing bowl! I love that vegetarian and vegan options are available! Fabulous place!

Sold out of the beef and lamb gyro, wasn’t newcomer friendly. I wonder why many of the mediterranean chipotle style restaurants are rude/deny services if you’re not in “the know”. Wasn’t exactly sure if you ordered from the bar or the giant tablet but until the tablet technology is consolidated I’d rather order from a human being.
