Hummus Republic

My husband and I stopped in for a to-go order after the Mediterranean restaurant we planned to visit had closed — and I’m so glad we did! We ordered a steak wrap and a chicken shawarma bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, crisp, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell this place cares about quality and presentation — from the ingredients to the way the food is handled. It completely made up for our last experience elsewhere (and Peno’s was definitely not it after being ignored by three folks). We’ll definitely be coming back here instead from now on. Highly recommend if you want real Mediterranean flavor done right and served with care.

Placed an order for a Fire Shawarma Bowl and a side of Dolmades. Food was excellent! The workers were very friendly and apparently very fast because I am so use to waiting that when I came in after placing a mobile order 3 minutes ago that it was already been done and sitting in a paper bag. The inside looks very clean and organized

Honest review. I like Mediterranean food and I have give this restaurant a try about three times. Portions are small compared to the price, meat is tasteless and there is not variety. I love the pita chips and sweet potatoes fries. Honestly I don’t come very often because is not worth the price. Staff is amazing and is a very cute restaurant but really they can improve about the portions and the quality of the food.

Our first time eating here and we will definitely be back. The food was phenomenal!! I am a very picky eater and rarely clean my plate, but I ate every bite. Service was excellent, he explained what everything was and let us sample anything we weren’t sure of. Do yourselves a favor and try it out!!
