Hummus Republic - Bowls, Wraps, Pitas & More

Stumbled upon this place looking for the closest gyro food in the area. I’d say I’m impressed! They prepare your meal in front of you. So you pick and choose your options. Food came out delicious! Family owned and they are so friendly , helpful and most importantly patient as this is new to me ordering. This location is at a busy area so don’t hesitate to stop and give this place a try. Thanks guys for the welcoming experience!

Impromptu choice instead of going to be hotel room. They were so welcoming and asked me if it was my first time and walked me through everything. The workers and manager were lively as a group, but most of all the food was delicious. Every separate part was delicious on their own but mixing was an explosion. The harissa hummus was great and the lemon pepper chicken really brought the bowl together for me. Thanks again!

Pictures say 1000 words is what they say! The food is deliciously flavorful, I had a bowl with the rice, chicken Shawarma and falafel. They make the falafel here just how I like it crispy exterior moist interior. I must say I was just disappointed with the portion of the protein for the price, but I can’t say I won’t go back.

I really loved the customer service of both Ani and Singh. I had ordered the pita chips and hummus and love that the chips are cooked fresh. Their bowls are very fulfilling. Will be back for sure!
