Humble Bistro

We were very tired from our trip into town, and decided to eat dinner on the way from the airport to where we were staying on the other side of town. This highly rated place was the pick. It was not a mistake. This was a great stop, with my partner describing it as her "new favorite restaurant." The pasta was excellent, and the Humble Caesar Salad was very unusual in excellent. Observer and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a comfy, reasonably quiet environment with interesting music that's not overpowering. Highly recommended.

Great option for Italian food in downtown phoenix. Ordered the pizza and husband ordered chicken parmigiana. Food came quick and service was amazing. Pizza crust was amazing and meat fresh and tasy. The side ceaser salad was amazing. Our server was very attentive and made sure all was good. My only complaint was the music l which was kind of loud for dinner vibes. Other than that everything was amazing.

It’s my first time in Phoenix and I stumbled across this restaurant while looking for somewhere to have dinner with my husband. From beginning to end, our experience was delightful. Our server and the manager were super helpful by giving us meaningful insight on the food selections. The atmosphere is very cozy and classy. The food, drinks, and dessert were beyond delicious. The server and manager constantly checked in with us and assisted us with every request. I would highly recommend this place and wish there was a Humble Bistro back home! Again, huge shoutout to the staff for being so genuinely kind, professional, and helpful.

Bistro food is a craft and not everyone gets it right. At Humble Bistro, the joke's on you. They've got their craft mastered to perfection .....my team (conference out-of-towners) was absolutely blown away!❤️

Such a lovely experience.. great food! Cocktails were amazing!!! Our waitress was called Jackie and she was amazing!!!! So lovely and made the experience even better. All staff were soo nice.. chilled vibes!
