Very knowledgeable. Can help out with all life's challenges, and a wonderful place for resources in the community. They will help you at your lowest. Different from the southern states because these guys up north actually care about human preservation.

Do anybody work here ???? Nobody never answers the phone I call Monday thru Friday every time I call always on the phone for a hour and some mins.very frustrating and impossible to talk to someone here.

They give me food stamps card.job less no income then monthly $294.00

I experienced the worst cases of discrimination at this office, twice, with two different caseworkers. I've been bullied, cheated & misinformed of my rights. You are made to feel as if any help you receive comes directly from their pockets and their goal is to frustrate you until you leave the program altogether. They normally will not answer the phone or return calls. The staff has improved lately though and they are nicer & more helpful now depending on who you talk to.
