It's the government....What do you expect? If you want to be successful, get there early and be prepared 😉 and patient. They don't even post their hours of operation.
I recertified my snap and liheap on December 2nd they say I need to talk to a caseworker but I stayed on hold for 4 hours yesterday and 3 hours today nobody answers my call and it just disconnects me from the call this is ridiculous I haven't received my snap or liheap for January yet I like on a fixed income so I can't afford to buy food out of my check after I pay rent and bills so I guess I'm just going hungry this month
No longer at location please update.
