Hulse Hill Farm Bed & Breakfast

I’m thrilled my husband found this lovely place! The location is serene and beautiful. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and meeting the different animals and their farm hand.|Christine (owner) was welcoming, helpful, and very accommodating. She even encouraged us to take a look at their tiny house (really cute as well as efficient) which is also available to rent. |We rented the private farmhouse suite which is located in the lower level of the main house. It is clean, comfortable and spacious; a place where you can really relax. The decor is on trend and the bed was very comfortable. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I have stayed here twice now, once back in June on an anniversary trip and another time in February to celebrate my mother's birthday. Christine and Rick's hospitality and attention to detail are the best I've ever experienced at a B&B. As other reviews have said, we always feel so incredibly comfortable during our stay, like part of the family! Their farm is beautiful and we loved hiking the trail behind their farm in June. Christine's breakfasts are always ample and delicious! We have told all of our friends and family that this is the place to stay when you come to Cooperstown! This is a lovely place to vist and learn all about Casmir goats and other farm tidbits. They have a B & B and Tiny House for accomodations, but we just did the farm tour. It's not a big place but is so cute and the tour ends at the little Farm Shop with hot apple cider and homebaked ginger snaps! There is a trail into the Village of Cooperstown for a little nature walk. Anyone visiting Cooperstown who wants a little variety to their vacation should make this a destination.||||They practice Covid guidelines and you are outdoors most of the time. Well worth a trip just for the tour or an overnight stay.

Located on a farm with goats, chickens and a friendly long haired German Shepherd, the Hulse Hill B&B was a fantastic experience for our stay in Cooperstown. Christine is an incredible host and prepares a delicious farm to table breakfast. Property has access to a beautiful 2.3 mile trail into the Village of Cooperstown....Willie the German Shepherd will show you the way. Great all around experience

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience here this past week. Christine, the host, was delightful- so warm and hospitable. She made us feel welcome and at home right away. The breakfast she prepared was amazing: quiche from farm fresh eggs and herbs, and jams she made from berries in her garden. The house looks like something out of a magazine. I couldn't stop taking pictures for ideas for my place some day. Everything was so thought out. Lit candles everywhere, beautiful decorations, and afternoon snacks. The suite was so lovely, quiet, and private. We had our own private patio and bathroom. The farm itself was an awesome experience! We got to play with week-old baby goats and tiny chicks. She let us right into the animals' pens and explained how to care for the animals (we are intere
