Hula Moon Tiki Grill

Hula Moon is a cute, casual spot with a laid-back vibe. The service was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and really on top of things—which made the experience pleasant from the start. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, though the overall feel leaned a little chain-like rather than unique. The food, unfortunately, didn’t quite match the quality of the service. While everything was fresh, the flavors and textures were underwhelming. The gumbo had a gelatinous consistency that made it less enjoyable, and the entrées, though well-portioned, leaned more bland than bold. The grilled vegetables and pineapple were nice touches, but the chicken dish lacked the punch I was hoping for, and the presentation didn’t do much to elevate it. This is one of my new favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. We arrived for happy hour with really good specials. The Volcano Chicken Bites were nicely spiced and perfectly cooked. We both ordered recommendations from our server. The Seafood Stuffed Flounder was delicious and nicely cooked. Similarly, the Luau Pork Plate was delicious. Everything was so good, we decided to get the Fried Apple Pie. We can’t wait to come back. Next time I plan to try the Tacos and Onion Rings.

This place is amazing and the food tastes fresh!! The atmosphere was cool to look at and the overall building felt clean. I would definitely venture here again for sure!

A delightful tropical themed restaurant and bar. The wait staff were friendly and fast. We had Mediterranean salmon (not sure how that connects to their Polynesian theme) and stuffed flounder. Both were tasty and relatively large portions. The menu has a somewhat random selection of dishes, but enough for everyone in your party to find something they want. Very fair pricing too.

We had great service here and our waitress was awesome. Food was delicious too. We try to travel to this area annually for family vacation. This will be a new place we eat at now.
