I do not and would not recommend this place. If I could give no stars, I would do that! I bought many vehicles over the years and this was the first time I needed the exact vehicle I was buying, already insured, before they would do the transfer. Every other vehicle purchase in the past, as long as you have an existing policy, you are good. Since insurance companies have a grace period (10 days, 15 days, ect...) for adding the new vehicle to an existing policy. This place refused to do the transfer until I stood there and added the exact vehicle to my policy. That is insane and I have since confirmed with 3 sources, what they did was wrong!

Hughes was very helpful and delivered a solution to a very complex issue that I was having. They have helped me numerous times in the past as well. Highly Recommend

Held onto my title for 7 days before mailing it to Penn Dot. Very slow while charging top dollar. Was quite friendly though and pleasant. Diane Campbell is cheaper and faster though.
