Huddle House

I've tried this place twice and both times I've said I would come back to try something else. The grilled chicken was very delicious but the fried shrimp was a pass for me. The wings were good but sooo small. I couldn't believe it. Service was good. Attentive and fast. Restaurant attached to gas station but pretty decent.

Do not place online order. If u do CHECK YOUR ORDER!! THEY COMPLETELY messed up my order. Scrambled lite eggs actually means well done. Called after I placed my order to change some things like well done hash browns. I'm not sure they're actually cooked all the way. See photos. The eggs weren't even completely scrambled still see egg whites. That being said eating in has always been good.

Since there wasn't many restaurants open on Christmas Day. Stopped at a Millers truckstop. Inside adjoining it was a Huddle House. I ordered a grilled chicken with brown gravy & mashed potatoes & side salad with ranch dressing & a Dr Pepper to drink. The waitress was nice & polite. The restaurant was clean. I took a few pics.

When I say eggs are PERFECT they are perfect. My first time going to a restaurant that did my eggs exactly how I like it. Zero complaints!! Excellent job!!!

Huddle House on Pruden Blvd is a total hidden gem for anyone in Suffolk craving a classic American breakfast. The location is super convenient and easy to find. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by that cozy, nostalgic diner atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The service is absolutely top-notch; the staff is incredibly friendly and they make sure your coffee mug stays full. You really get great value for your money here—the portions are generous, the food is served piping hot, and the prices are very reasonable. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed Saturday brunch or a quick bite while on the road. I’ll definitely be coming back!
