Huddle House

Our waitress was Anna and she did a phenomenal job taking care of us! She even remembered that I always drink 1/2 cup of coffee with lots of creamer. She is always super nice and checked on us a number of times to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. Will come here again!

I asked for the $4.99 special and the girl told me what I would get & I told her I was suppose to get 2 strips of bacon z& she said No. I showed her the advertisement from Reidsville Huddle House & she told me they had it wrong. The advertisement told just what you would get for $4.99. I then ask for a straw and she said we don’t have any, then asked for butter to put on my toast and she said we don’t have any & I asked if I got grits you don’t have butter to go in grits, then someone asked for coke and again she said we don’t have any coke and the list go on.i don’t know who is suppose to keep up with the ordering of supplies but I think the are falling down on there job. I hope the next people enjoyed their meal a lot better than I did.

As im sitting up here right now eating this so called “FOOD” im disappointed. We received little to any fries and cheese wasn’t melted and bread wasnt toasted. I asked the waiter to melt and toast the bread and it came back almost the same. There is barely anyone here and we received our food after quite a time. Peppers arent even sautéed how they are supposed to be.

The hashbrowns were raw. The eggs were cold the biscuit. I scraped the gravy off one biscuit and put some on the other one. There wasn’t hardly anything on it. It was cold. The only thing that was decent was the country fried steak and my waiter was a young dude cashier. He’s excellent at his job. He came back-and-forth to the table, probably 3-4. He’s excellent at his job. He came back-and-forth to the table, probably 34 times before the food came.times before the food came.

Kayte was an amazing server at Huddle House! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. She checked on us often without being overbearing and kept a great attitude the whole time. Definitely made our visit better.
