Huddle House

H.H. made mistake a tried to fool the public. With my order, I ordered a double cheese smash burger with ketchup only. I got a empty bun.Nothing on it but a broken up hamburger, not a smash burger, but a hamburger.Just as small. No cheese no ketchup nothing. I was told they ran out of smash burger, so they had to run to the store which makes happens, But they could at least tell the customers they're getting cheaper food. I wanted a refund of that sandwich, not the whole meal because it was not what I ordered. They told me don't give refunds but I would probably get another sandwich. I need to come in the morning when manager is there. I shouldn't have to chase the manager around.

Food was ready fast and was good. The waitress was friendly, and they work well as a team. Good breakfast waffle taco.

So as always I'm rating this compared to other Huddle House restaurants. Really a 3.5 but I rounded up. The new facelift is nice. I had a biscuit with chicken, bacon, cheese, a fried egg and white gravy on it. It was pretty good. I'd order it again. My hash browns had a slight under cooked raw potato flavor and my coffee cup sat empty for a good while. Our server was friendly when she came around.

We visit our local huddle house in Cochran ga on a regular basis, but after today will not be returning. When we arrived our waitress informed us that last time we came we did not leave a tip. It has been almost a month since our last visit, and when we looked back at our bank statements, we noticed there was a tip on our card. The tip was mentioned at least 3 times and our waitress was extremely rude. We tried to explain we did leave a tip, but she wasn’t having it. When we went to leave, we where informed that someone else had paid for our meal, we said thank you and I walked out to my car to grab cash to give our waitress, and when we walked out two waitresses started yelling, “no tip no nothing?” Because of the rude behavior, I did not tip.
