Good evening, I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I experienced with the tumbler refill policy at the Eagle Pass location. On Friday, December 26, at approximately noon, I purchased a tumbler as a gift. Before completing my purchase, I specifically asked the employee assisting me about the refill policy. I verified twice whether the tumbler qualified for $0.15 refills in-store, and the employee clearly reassured me that it did. Today, when I returned for my refill, a different employee informed me that she was not aware of such a policy and stated that there was no manager available. Took Regi and she loved it! Tryed various flavors and settle with pink lemonade combined with rasberry. Added cucumbers and strawberries. Delicious!

They never disappoint! Love their teas and love that Eagle pass has more options like this place! The lady owner was super nice and explained everything to me.

great customer service, very clean, a lot of flavor varieties and little sample cups to try them beforehand, cool music ambience :) only missing a few chairs and tables to have the drink in there
