They have a new programming for section 3 workers & caseworkers
There should have been another plane
Don't try calling this place, no one answers the phone!!! So much for customer service. Dealing with government agencies in NYC HORRIBLE!!!
Government organizations keeping people on hold for times this long should be banned by the United Nations. 5 1/2 hours on hold with no answer, after calling and waiting on average between 2 and 3 hours previously, 3 separate days earlier in the week, with no answer. Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall! Mr. Mayor, or anyone in power who can, please fix the NYC HRA phone system! If being understaffed is the problem, and its within budget, can we please find a way to hire more HRA call workers? If that’s not the problem, then I fear there might be some egregious neglect and/or incompetence by some of the existing call workers and/or the phone system administrators.
