-update- Franchisee Ms Chavez did everything right and made it all great so still recommend the block just never be scared to ask for a 2nd opinion because could be the difference in almost paying or getting ~$5,000 back. *My experience summed up if no one wants to read all below. Go with someone besides VICKY if you file here. No respect, no effort, abandoned us in the cubicle after one minute on computer. Gave ZERO help. Did not seem12years knowledgeable about taxes. She just wanted us in and out as quick as possible without having to work to get us the best refund and answer questions. Still charged and I was nothing but polite the whole time through this. * All in a 10minute visit (5 of it she left to get a second opinion so we thought.) - No wait for sure when we got there , and now

While the process was made simple, it's frustrating that the service charge cost the the actual taxes I have pay. not to mention it's a good chuck more than my return.
