Howdy's Restaurant, Bar & Chill

Went to dine after getting in town for Red Knights Motorcycle Stampede. Never been before, but was everything other reviews complimented about. Service was great, mixed drinks were great, my bacon cheeseburger and homemade fries were tops. Enjoying the atmosphere with old relics on the walls, karaoke provided some great talented singers. I believe our whole group of twenty or more truly rated this location tops in places to dine in Kerrville !!!!

We stopped because we were looking at the devastation the floods in the Hill Country had left. Howdy's had been flooded to the 2nd floor. They had redone it very well. The service was excellent and the food was very good. I had Mexican food and my husband had chicken fried chicken. I recommend stopping by. There are a number of places to choose to eat at Howdy's.

I went to try out the Fry chicken, which is only available on Sundays. In my opinion not worth the money. It did have good flavor but the portion size was rather small. The dish came with a biscuit and gravy, mac n cheese and and one more side. I chose fries.

Food was great, service was awesome 👌, my wife and I are glad to have stopped in for lunch. Quaint Western style decor. Pets welcome! A must visit while in Kerville!

Family friendly environment with pool tables, live music and delicious eats (we got the pizza, chicken tenders and tacos + drinks)! We had a fantastic time … bartender was very kind to our kiddos, attentive to our orders and made the whole experience amazing! Definitely recommend!
