I went Saturday night because a close friend organized an outing here. I had low expectations, but I was greeted instantly by the employees, and knew instantly the staff was kind. They're BYOB and have a liquor store next door. The DJ kept us entertained with great music. She encouraged people.to sign up to sing karaoke. The food was fairly priced and great. Especially the steak bites. It was a great experience, the staff is warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is excellent

Playokee is an awesome karaoke spot with great tapas! Fun vibe, excellent sound system, tasty small plates, and a perfect setup for a night out with friends. Highly recommend 🎤🍽️✨

I’ve visited this place twice…once for the grand opening and again for my birthday celebration and both experiences were amazing. My guests and I had an absolute blast. The atmosphere has great vibes, and the karaoke was so much fun. The owners are incredible and genuinely make you feel welcomed. The food was good, with the pineapple rice being my favorite. The ambiance is beautiful and definitely Instagram-worthy. Overall, my experience was a 10/10, and I will absolutely be back!

I've been coming to this establishment since they opened. At first I came because I wanted to support small minority business. But now I come because 1. The food is great and 2. The vibe is awesome. I am a Karaoke fan and it's rare to find a place that does Karaoke every day of the week. No matter what day of the week you come you can sing your heart out. The staff is always friendly, You're greeted with welcome home every time you come. Menu highlights are the pineapple rice and catfish nuggets. On Sunday the brunch menu includes the best shrimp and grits I've had in a very long time. The grits are so creamy I'm sure she must cook them in milk. And I love those chicken and waffles also. Every member of the staff at House of Playokee are friendly and helpful. The food and service are great. The atmosphere is so much fun. I've been here twice for birthday parties and we've had such great times. We can't wait to go back!
