I attended one of Austin’s sourdough classes and it was fantastic! Whether you are a beginner, or already a sourdough baker, you will walk away learning something new. Austin takes you through the entire baking process. You’ll learn some new tips and tricks, get your hands covered in dough, and enjoy some delicious bread at the end. That Jalapeño-Cheddar is to die for! I’ve already been baking it at home!
I attended a sourdough class tonight with Austin. He was a great teacher, and the class was so much fun and so informative. Best of all, we got to eat the most delicious bread, hot out of the oven. The cheddar-jalapeño is the BEST
The sourdough bread class I attended was great! Austin took away the mystery and kept the magic of sourdough bread. Baked my own bread this weekend and it was perfect!
The cheddar-Jalapeno was amazing. Great crusty outside with a moist and delicious inside. Amazing!
