Hotpot One

Not worth it. I thought it was crazy that in all you can eat, they don't include chicken broth in it. You have to pay extra for chicken broth. I tried tomyum soup and their vegetable broth. The veggie broth was not good. Service was fine although there were no spoons or big ladle to get broth out at our table. Not the widest selection of stuff at the buffet area but not that bad. No dessert or anything sweet :( Their seating felt awkward. The seats are kinda far from the table so it's not very comfortable. Overall, not worth the price of $41 per person.

the all you can eat for $40 was amazing. we ate so much food. the little robot that delivers your food is so cute. staff is so friendly and informative. will definitely be back soon

Visited this location recently and had the AYCE Hot Pot for lunch. The tablet was a bit confusing but our waitress helped us immediately and was calm and patient with us. There are a multitude of broth options which cater to individuals taste. They have various vegetable options which you can choose from as well as noodle options. They also have a create your own sauce station as well. The pricing isn't to bad even with tip it's more affordable than other hot pot places . Would highly recommend this place and will visit again.

True delicious Hotspot. The price was very fair. The waitress was polite and patient. They have robots running anything you need, but the waitress helps alot, and was very attentive. I brought my 14yr son for lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious. We loved the kimchi broth and pork bone broth. The beef tongue, rib eye, and lamb was great. Vegetables selection was good and very clean. Tons of seafood options. 100% will be returning. Thank you

DONT EAT HERE MANGER RUDE. WILL YELL AT YOU AS YOU WALK OUT AND CHASE AFTER YOU. PLEASE READ. If I could give a 0 star I would. My friend told me that she went to out here the first time and everything was fined she tipped was fined but this weekend she went out to eat here again didn’t like her service and then the Manger then forced her to tip she didn’t he kept yelling and talking to her as she was walking out. So I decided to try it out myself. Yup manger was so rude forcing on tip. We don’t mind tipping, I grew up with a mother who mostly earned tip for a living. But like my friend said she didn’t like the service Because of the manager attitude and safe to say she wasn’t wrong. She told me she had no problem with the Waiter its the middle age manger or whatever and yes she was right
