We love this place! I like the meat and veggie options as well as the noodle choices. The hot pot broths are SO good. Highly recommend the beef broth and the Tomyum broth. The Tomyum broth is my favorite! My son loves to “cook” us dinner. The condiment bar has spices, edamame, chili cucumbers, and other small appetizers.

This was our first time to Hotpot Alley. Overall, it was very good! You pick all the “raw” ingredients out of a refrigerator case in the beginning. The seasoned steak was absolutely amazing, I wish I had gotten three of those. But luckily, you can go back and get additional items as you want them. We got a variety of vegetables and noodles as well. We also got a few pork and shrimp options. Then you select a cooking liquid to use at your table that they bring out. We got the very basic seasoned “clear broth.” I recommend getting that broth, but put into two separate containers at your table (called “Double Flavor Hot Pot” on the menu) so that you can separate ingredients as you wish. For example, use one clear broth container for noodles and the other clear broth container for all you

Hands down the best hotpot I’ve been to! Super friendly staff every time we go, soup base is always seasoned to perfection and tastes so so good. Love the sauce bar and food options to choose from. Such a staple and clean environment 🤗

So... this place is interesting. First of all it's 2 establishments in one, Bao'd Up and Hotpot Alley. We didn't try any of the Bao. For hotpot, this would be good if you wanted to give it a try or just wanted a bite or two without having to jump in to an AYCE. To start off the experience, you are given a handheld shopping basket, show the fridges, given the cost per fridge and then you shop away for what you want to eat in your hotpot. You pick all the meats and veggies right there and everything is on plates or containers. Everything is wrapped or in containers that has lids, other than the veggies that are in cups. Once we added all of our items, I don't feel that this is an overall better value than AYCE. We probably would have eaten another plate or 2 of meat but at that point,
