Hotdog & Hamburger Haven

This place is the epitome of down home hamburger joint. The food is on point! The hotdogs are red (Brightleaf, as they should be) the burgers are fresh and delicious, and that fried bologna sandwich just hits the spot. But the star of the show… pickle fries!! Do not stop here without trying these pickle fries! This is the place for good honest food at prices that won’t break the bank. We stop in at least once a week, and I wouldn’t be upset if that changed to twice a week!

Food and service was phenomenal. First time eating at what most would call..."A hole in the Wall." Best hotdog and onion rings I've ever had. Lots of menu options for the country cooking lovers. Worth a stop.

We have been going by this place for about 12 yrs and never stopped in. Saw a bunch of Google reviews and decided to give it a try. Glad we did! We will definitely be back. We both had a cheeseburger combo, one with fries, the other onion rings. Everything was spot on. Generous portion of fries (which were really good!) normal serving of onion rings. Hamburgers were very good and the buns were nice and soft with plenty of cheese on the burger. It was very clean inside and everyone was super nice. You could tell they were glad for your business. Would recommend you give it a try.

Update: Cannot get enough of the chuckwagon and burgers. Great place for bite. One of the few places to get a chuckwagon sandwich. It was very good. Crispy onion rings made with real onions. The fried okra crunchy outside and tender inside. The haven burger was great with hot fresh fries. They have ice cream too for a sweet spot. Reminds me of the grill I grew up with. Visited today with friends. Craving a chuckwagon. Still excellent. Got fried okra today for a side. Definitely worth the small upcharge. Hot, crispy outside and tender inside.
