Hotbox BBQ

Went today as a day trip with my family to Lancaster and my wife found this BBQ place. Have to say I’m not a big fan of Mac -n- Cheese and theirs has to be by far the best I’ve had, brisket was delicious, pull pork was amazing and burn ends were damnnnnnnnn. My daughters got the Mac-n-cheese bowls with pull pork and they loved it. I would definitely drive and hour again for their delicious BBQ and definitely recommend.

Oh man, we just picked up a sandwich and mac from the truck (better prices than DDash btw) and this is some fantastic BBQ! We were at the brewery and the owner came in to offer us a taste of pork belly (AMAZING) and we ended up with a brisket sandwich and mac in return. Gaor prices, good portions, and the flavor of both are incredible! The brisket is so tender and smokey.

Stopped in Friday night and left stuffed. Portion sizes are big and did not disappoint. Had the brisket sandwich which was delicious and my wife had the pulled pork max and cheese which was very yummy. Great spot to stop for food and a beer since its located right outside a brewery!

The brisket is fantastic. Melt in your mouth and full of flavor. Plus the portions are generous. I got the Cole slaw, Mac and cheese and beans. The beans are magic. The owner was really nice to me and I’ll be back for more!
