Hot Wok Chinese Restaurant

The food I ordered is not good. I ordered orange chicken, and when I got home after 10 minutes, the food was sticky, had no flavor, and lacked the orange scent like other places where I've eaten. The meat was a bit tough. I don't know if all the food is like this, but the one I ordered is not good.

Started eating and noticed that a grain of rice didn’t look right, I shook it off… but then I looked closer. It’s a maggot or some type of bug. I lifted it up and put it on the container. I’m now 100% sure it was a bug. I’m done with Chinese food. First time eating from this place.. also the last time

The food is delicious. Fresh, made right there as you wait. I had the General Tso and fried rice.... The rice was some of the best rice I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant. Price was fair. Portion size was really good. The bowl it comes in is packed super full and it's heavy...I made 2 meals out of it and got full both times. Definitely recommend

I always have a fantastic experience dining alone. From the moment I walk in, I feel incredibly welcomed as always. The ambiance is bright, clean, and comfortable, making for a very relaxing solo meal. The restaurant is immaculate, and the general atmosphere was very pleasant... I love to refill the drinks in the cooler while I am waiting for my food which is ready in fairly quickly ( about 10 minutes).. The service is impeccable. I have tried this chinese spot over the years. I had ordered some through uber eats because I was craving chinese food and my go to spot was closed so I ordered from here. In general, the food seems to be premade in large amounts and then dumped into containers and stored for later. My General Tsos was all clumped together, chewy and the batter was slightly undercooked on one side (this is typical for frozen food that is fried). The flavor was okay, not the best i’ve had but definitely not the worst (the taste is comparable to frozen orange chicken.) The sauce that the broccoli is covered in is way too sweet and doesn’t do much for adding flavor to it, it would be fine without it.
