Hot Table

In town for work, we had never heard of Hot Table so we tried it out and it was very good. I had the buffalo chicken panini and it was delicious! Staff was friendly, attentive and fast! Will definitely be returning!!

Ordered the cheesesteak panini. I know beef prices are high, but I don't think there was even 2 oz of shredded beef on the whole sandwich. This thing was all cheese, and when I say "cheese" I mean a ton of very thin, creamy, american cheese-tasting goop. There was almost no peppers and onions on it, either. It was $13.50 for the cheese sandwich and small Diet Coke. I would have paid $15 or $16 if there were a decent amount of meat on the thing. You guys are the first restaurant travellers see when they come off the Pike in Westfield. People are going to think that Western MA food sucks if this is their first meal in the area.

Officially done with this place. You leave a person hungry and they don't soon forget it. I ordered today against my better judgement, having previously ordered two days earlier and waited an extra 10 or so minutes after the delivery time. From past experiences, the food here is good (not the cheapest) but the service takes longer than it quotes when ordering, so I always leave at least 5 extra minutes. The other issue is their points system doesn't seem to be working (app or website), at least for the items I'm trying to redeem. So I order today for a 2:25 pickup, and end up walking in a little after 2:40 or so. There's no order for me, eventually someone says they made it and it must have been taken by someone. They offered to remake it but time is of the essence so I said no. I'm going

Delicious Cheesesteak Panini, very crispy toasted fresh bread, lots of cheese and sweet caramalized onions and peppers. Mac and Cheese was not good at all though, very mushy, dry and had little flavor. $5 for a small cup. Food is pricey but the sandwich was worth every penny. I will definitely go back, but I'll try the soup next time.
