HOT & PUFF

My dad and I both ordered 2 meals. I got the Philly chicken sub. The sub comes cut in half, on one half the meat portion was just ok. On the other half there was literally NO meat on the bun. Maybe a little on the end. I brought it to their attention practically as soon as he gave me the food and he goes to tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. Mind you my dad’s didn’t look like that and he got the Philly steak sub. After I show him and compare the two subs in his face he comes up with 4 other excuses as to why my sub lacked any meat. Paid $46 for 1 sub combo, 1 burger combo and 1 Philly. I’ll never be back, based off of how they treated this situation. This was my first time here and will be my last. And whoever the “manager” is also said they could do absolutely nothing about it

I stopped by Hot & Puff in Dearborn and I’m honestly glad I did. The food was really fresh and you could tell it wasn’t just thrown together. Everything tasted flavorful and made perfectly. The portions were solid too definitely worth the price.

The food is delicious. You’re going to need extra napkins or paper towels when you get home. Everything was cheesy, saucy and tasty. Fresh and the portions are spot on. I will return. Plenty of parking and lots of seating. Thank you

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Now, let's talk about the food – it's simply fantastic! We tried the loaded chicken bowl, and oh my goodness, it was seasoned to perfection. The tender meat, paired with a great mix of vegetables and seasonings, made for a mouthwatering dish that left us craving more. I also couldn't resist trying the spicy chicken sandwich with fries, and it did not disappoint. The food wasn’t bad per se, but things just tasted kind of generic. Also, they don’t have real bacon, oh well. They were nice enough but not friendly. I will go somewhere that is more welcoming.
