Hot Pho

I love pho — so much that I make it at home from time to time. I’ve set a new standard for myself: if I can make something better than the restaurant, I don’t go back. That said, I’ve been to dozens of pho spots, and Hot Pho stands out with a flavor I haven’t found anywhere else. If you love pho, this place is for you.

Hot Pho Westminster is just an absolute delight to eat at. The service is amazing. They are polite, attentive, and seem to be great folks who run this place every time I visit. The pho is lauded by all my friends that we take here, trust me you cannot go wrong ordering the Pho. If you like Pho come here. I myself went off the beaten path a few months ago for the Chef's Special Curry and I havent been able to enjoy the Pho since- because I can't order anything else now! It's amazing. I dream of this subtlety spiced delicious curry. I have nightmares that they'll take it off the menu - what if something happens to the eponymous chef? Mmmmmm, this place is always delicious. I love to try new(to me) Pho places. I've been eating Pho since I was a little boy. I grew up with Vietnamese friends and had the pleasure of dinner with them on many occasions. This tastes like their momma made it!!! Super fresh veggies and meats. Don't get me started on the service, it was an absolutely a pleasure to be there. You feel like family. I highly recommend this place. I wish I found them sooner

We came here after spending a couple hours at the Japanese arcade nearby. We are new to exploring vietnamese food. The chicken pho was really good. I can see us craving it again, like it was that good. My husband tried the spicy brisket pho and he thought the chicken pho was better.

Hot Pho is hands down the best pho restaurant I've ever eaten at, by far. Not only is every dish I've had from them exceptional, but the staff is incredibly kind and amazing at what they do. I couldn't recommend this spot more! If you can handle some heat, the spicy brisket pho is 🤌
