Hot Head Burritos

Recent visits to this location have been subpar. Staff seems to lack skill and care/attention to preparing orders. Doordash orders from this location are also lacking, two full size burritos were shoved in a long bag instead of a bag with handles. Each burrito looked completely different, you could tell different people made them. First bite was a huge stem of cilantro (which I ordered) but cilantro should be cut more finely to enjoy. Order also showed up with one burrito partially unwrapped, outer bag was ripped. One burrito was cold on the inside, and not the one that was unwrapped. We threw away our order and will not be visiting this location again.

Ordered online and picked it up. Order was ready right on time when we got there. We don’t eat here often and wanted to try something different. It was really delicious, made well and everyone loved their meals. Thanks for a tasty, well priced and convenient dinner!

Ordered cater service from the Beavercreek store. The manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The food ready on time to pickup and everything on the order was perfect. Food was delicious and those in attendance really enjoyed the variety and taste. Great proportions for our large group. Excellent job! Thank you for everything.

The quickest and most accurate service. The friendly attitude of the 3 young people that waited on us were outstanding. They were friendly and demonstrated exceptional customer service. It is refreshing to see such teamwork. Keep up the teamwork.

Delicious, with like 20 regular and scorching hot sauce options. Better food and wider selection than other burrito bowl places; this kicks Chipotle’s ass
