Hot Dawgin

Hot Dawgin is hands down one of the best food trucks we’ve ever found! The owners are incredibly down-to-earth and you can taste the love in everything they cook. Almost everything is homemade the day of too! Their giardiniera is literally the best I’ve ever had — no joke. We’ve eaten lunch here five days in a row while on vacation because it’s just that good. My favorite is the Flying Saucer — I never got a photo of it because I can’t resist eating it right away! I’m also obsessed with the elote cup and cheesy beef sandwich. Amazing food, amazing people, amazing atmosphere. Don’t miss it!

Brandon and Rachel care more about your experience than money! They are the real deal service and they LOVE to share their love of Chicago and all things authentic. Located inside the New Mexico River Adventures compound in Rinconada, NM It’s the Gateway to gastric happiness and fuel for the Adventurous soul. All real beef, and quality food. Exceptionally Clean and Fresh! Will be heading their way often, especially after a fun day on the Rio Grande!!

I couldn't speak more highly of the customer service and the yummyness of the food here. They do a great job of serving up delicious Chicago style food. Must try!!! And they're conveniently located just 2 mins away from the takeout of the Racecourse on the Rio Grande. Great meal after rafting!

Hot Dawgin is a very unique food truck serving one of the most authentic Chicago hot dogs in northern New Mexico but also a medley of other delicious treats. The hibiscus tea was bomb as well. Not only is the food super high quality but the owners are too. Brandon and Rachel are some of the most amazing people Ive ever met and if you get the chance, get to know them. 😘

Absolute perfection! Wonderful people making incredibly delicious food. As a Chicagoan, this is the perfect dog. Juicy with that signature snap. Do your self a favor and come chill in the breezy shade as you devour some of the best food Chicago and New Mexico has to offer. You can’t go wrong.
