Very good food, hibachi is amazing. Love it, for lunch only $13.99 is great deal, we stop by whenever we work around this area.

Loved our vist to Hot and Cold!! They had a great verity of food that even worked for my picky eater. Staff was nice and followed food safety amazingly from what I witnessed. Was a little pricey, but great for the area! Also had special pricing during certain time frames.

I came with with a party of four since Golden Apple Buffet was closed today. The experience and atmosphere was nothing to praise about. If I could give them zero stars I would. The hot food was cold and looked dried out. The TSO general chicken and other coated chicken was very chewy as if the food was old. I had to remove the straw like chicken since it was not breaking down while chewing it. We all were very disappointed. Another thing is that the place needs a thorough cleaning as it is dirty and starting to smell. We paid upon entering but I was not able to eat the food. If you value you money, you’ll time, mental health,and physical health - avoid going here as you most likely will be disappointed!

I just think it is so delusional to have to get your own silverware, have to ask for your drinks (establishment wasnot overly busy by the way) , never once get a refill and have dirty plates stack up at your table and the server still expects a tip. Golden Apple had a 30 min wait time so my son said let’s give Hot n Cold another shot. I took a 6 year break from this place. We gave it one more try to return to the same crappy customer service. Food was ok, some of the items that were supposed to be hot were lukewarm to cold. My last time as a patron at this place. Customer service everywhere has gone downhill but sad to see that this establishment service has never gotten better in the 14 years that I’ve been in the community. Don’t take my word for it though, maybe you will have a better

This place use to be my go to. But it no longer taste fresh the food on the bar is not up to temperature. I have started going to GOLDEN APPLE they are much better and fresher food and more options .
