We were really looking forward to dinner, and overall it ended on a good note, but the service definitely missed the mark that night. When we first walked in, we stood waiting about five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We did have reservations. Two of the four in our group were seated and the bartender came over to take drink orders. From what we understood, the bartender was also covering our table as the waitress for that section. Our drinks came quickly. When the rest of our party arrived, they waited around ten minutes before anyone came back to the table. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so that was a bit surprising. We actually had to flag someone down just to get drinks for the rest of the group, and even then it took about another ten minutes, after asking the manager to check

My friend and I had such a nice night out here! Totally loved the vibe, and the menu had so many interesting choices. We loved everything that we tried! Highlights included the queso for 2, meatballs, cauliflower satay, and fig melt. I haven’t seen anything like the Frenchman’s burger before! Such a cool idea and perfect for French onion soup lovers. Every menu item was unique in some way, and they had a great list of seasonal cocktails. Since I don’t drink, the bartender was so nice and made a special mocktail with cranberry and rosemary! The staff was so friendly, and everything was delicious. I’ll definitely be visiting again! Update: visited again with their new chef and the food is even better! I can’t say enough good things about this spot. Love the creative taproom style tapas!

$25 burger and fries. I paid for extra onion crisp things lol. Ridiculous. French fry shortage?!? Would not border again even though the food is decent. Very disappointed. Asked for napkins, got literally 2 tiny napkins lol. Do better, wasn’t even busy this is just lazy and not caring.

Stopped by today with my wife, we split a Frenchman burger which is a burger cut in half and put in a bowl of french onion soup. It was absolutely amazing. The place was clean, staff was friendly (Jenny was amazing!) and the food was fantastic. Really couldnt ask for a better dining experience for our lunch. Coffee was good according to my wife! Cant wait to come back.

Update: this place used to be great, but shrinkflation has hit them hard. Group of 4 ate here at 730pm on a Friday night in August. There were some empty tables when we arrived. By 830pm it was empty. As for the food, they no longer have the porky mac. They replaced it with a bison chili mac, with very little bison. The portion size are about half what they used to be, but the pricing is mostly the same. A piece of pork belly that used to garnish the porky mac is now on the menu by itself for $15. 3 hush puppies are $14. The captain's chicken and waffles is no longer an entree, but half the size and on the small plates menu for $15. The full size dish used to be like $19 They also didn't bus our table at all, so by the time they gave us the check, we had to move dirty dishes a
