Breakfast at the Hoot Owl Cafe 🦉☕🍳 We went around 10:30 AM and got seated right away, but the place stayed steadily busy the whole time we were there, which is always a good sign! The Hoot Owl is full of old-school charm with vintage decor and a massive menu. I was seriously overwhelmed (in the best way) by all the delicious options. I ended up with the biscuit and gravy with eggs ($12), and my husband went big with the steak and eggs ($19). The portions? HUGE. Like, you will need a to-go box huge. We couldn’t even finish it all! Prices were super reasonable, service was top-notch, and my husband’s coffee cup was magically never empty. Just a heads up, don’t come in a rush. The food takes a bit, but it’s totally worth the wait. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your people. Highly recommend

It was like going to grandma’s for Sunday breakfast. There was a relaxed atmosphere with friendly service. The portions were large and delicious. I ordered the Chicken in a biscuit with a side of hash-browns for my first time eating here and I will definitely be going back!

We had a delicious, large breakfast at this fun, unique, old styled cafe. The country fried steak was enormous and delicious. My wife enjoyed the number of greener breakfast options (ie spinach, avocado, etc) We'll stop by whenever we're in the area

how do i even begin to explain how good this place is… holy land. we randomly found it passing through and i wish i could bring it home with me in my car. the best breakfast i’ve had in ages. you definitely can’t pass up the cinnamon roll either, it literally oozes creamy cinnamon goo. “this might be the best experience of my life” -my roommate

Had chicken fried steak, A HALF ORDER and it was huge. Gravy was amazing!! Steak was great and had wonderful flavor. Great price for 2 to go out to breakfast with huge portions.
