Taller lady with darker hair was very rude. The way she spoke to me was unacceptable and I will not be going back. I thought libraries were supposed to be inclusive but she made me feel very unwelcome.
Best staff EVER!! They are all friendly and helpful. I love taking all the classes and programs they offer!!
Absolutely wonderful place! The ladies there are very nice and never had a problem checking out books.
Great place to use for internet for phone, my internet is hooked up now- I used this facility for online classes 3 days-2nd floor has nice wooden desks in a quiet area and clean bathrooms downstairs, nice conference room as well.
Absolutely LOVE the Hoopeston Library! Staff there really help, make you feel welcome, and are just seriously amazing women! 100% recommend, you won't regret it!
