We had the most incredible whole Maine lobsters from Hook’d Up! Nick selected the perfect sizes, and steamed them to perfection for us. All we had to do was bring them home and set the table. The meat as super fresh and sweet. Made my Mom’s birthday so special. Thanks Nick! We’ll be back for more!
Opted for the red snapper w/ fries. Excellent presentation, quality and promptness. Hushpuppies and a small coleslaw would have been a great compliment to this dish but were not a necessity. Fish was not overly salty or seasoned so you could actually taste the protein in natural form, much appreciated. Will return.
A "HAPPY" ACCIDENT - TOTAL HIDDEN GEM!!: We came for the chicken and left with the best fish we’ve had in ages! We had never heard of this place until today—we were actually stopping by for a local farmer's chicken pickup—and I’m so glad we did. The owner, Nick, is amazing and clearly passionate about what he does. He has fresh catches daily and is very transparent about labeling wild-caught vs. farmed. My husband was ecstatic to find beautiful Steelhead Trout, and Nick even steamed it for him right then and there. It was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be regulars now!
This place should be a staple of Roswell. It should honestly be on a National list somewhere of best places to get fresh seafood in Georgia. A coworker of mine told me about this place and of course I was skeptical; Atlanta is sort of landlocked without any access to the sea. Boy, was I mistaken. This place is amazing. It’s almost as if Nick had stepped out and caught the fish himself that very morning. That’s how fresh everything is. Speaking of Nick, he is super courteous, professional, chill, and knowledgeable on all things seafood. Some fish I don’t make everyday, but when I rolled up in there today, he took the time to explain to me the best practices of making Red Grouper versus Flounder. He’s a totally cool guy. I came into this hidden gem today to procure the aforementioned Red
3 starts because the staff was really nice. The food not soo much. I thought I was getting fried fish, but it was more like blackened. Breaded super lightly and fried very soft. It was quite salty and overly seasoned to the point that it is not enjoyable. Looked as if the top may have popped off of the seasoning bottle cause it was way too much. I will go back to buy seafood to cook myself.
