Hook fish and chicken

The food is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean. The bathroom is clean. The staff are very nice EXCEPT Mel. He is Mean, Nasty and Unbelievably Rude. He was rude to us, a group of men, and this little old lady that simply asked him to repeat what he said because she didn't hear him (she was wearing hearing aids). This restaurant would be Perfect if he wasn't part of the experience. He's enough to make people want to never come back. The food is wonderful, like I said, so we will go again. But if he's there we'll walk right back out the door. Won't give him another chance to ruin our day.
