Hood Famous Bakeshop (Ballard - Wholesale)

Not quite what I was expecting.. it's essentially a small open kitchen bakery in the basement of a restaurant on Market St. The cashier was friendly and seemed aware the location was strange. I ordered the White Chocolate Guava Cheesecake and the Ube Cookie. The cheesecake was rich (5/5). The cookie was good too (4/5). I would go here again.

Cheesecakes are great! The customer service is great too. She was patient, letting us take our time to decide, made recommendations and was friendly. Great sales person but not pushy. I’m a big fan of good service. You can have just mediocre product but great service and I’ll be back. Good Bakery has fantastic customer service AND fantastic cheesecakes. Stop by if you’re in Ballard and treat yo self.

This place is a vibe. Friendly hostess greeted me and helped me find a seat. The cortado and Beef Mechado hand pie were delicious! Cool atmosphere and nice music too 🎶

This location is only their bake shop where they cook out of!! Their actual location is in the I district next to Union station. Their food is incredible, but this location should specify this.

Amazingly Light and Refreshing Cheesecake! You have not tried cheesecake until you've had it from Hood Famous Bakeshop! Try it in so many different flavors including coffee, mango, and the signature yume purple yam from the Philippines. Quite yummy!
