Hong Kong Express

Came for a quiet, to ourselves lunch and we got exactly that! Max of two other tables were used while we were there. The staff is very inviting, friendly, and just overall wonderful!! After ordering I got my drink and sat down and had only just started to talk to my boyfriend when our food was brought out!!! It was so so fast, fresh, and absolutely AMAZING. I made him share his orange chicken with me bc it was out of this world. 10/10 would recommend and will be back again

Food was TERRIBLE ordered chicken teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken and the vegetables weren’t cook completely thoroughly and the sesame chicken was cool super hard and didn’t have any meat inside I called to see if I can get a refund or switch to something else I was told they don’t give refunds and I can’t get anything else that’s just how they cook their food We didn’t even eat any of it just threw it out very disappointed

We've been very pleased so far with this place. So far, it's the best General Tso's I've had delivered. The fried dumplings are crispy with a great filling. Food is always hot and fresh. Everything isn't a winner though. The dumpling sauce is a bit heavy on the soy sauce and my daughter is still trying to find something she truly likes. She didn't like the egg rolls or the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken fried rice is ok.

Ordered on line from here a few times, prices are great, food is great (most of the time), given this is why there are stars in the first place. Every time, without fail, the customer service is quite poor and it's not that I live too far away or anything. The last couple times I've gotten the same delivery driver and EVERY time he tried to swindle me out of more cash claiming my online tip didn't go through when it Cleary states on the receipt that the tip did indeed go through. More than likely will not be ordering from here again, due to poor management of employees

I ordered the sesame chicken and the sweet & sour chicken through Door Dash. The food arrived on time, but the chicken was so over cooked & the skin was so soggy, that it was completely separated from the chicken. The rice was chewy & hard, obviously not cooked all the way. My husband called the restaurant to offer to bring the food back to receive a refund. The person who answered informed him they would not refund any money & we needed to contact Door Dash. The woman said that’s how they had been preparing their food all day & no one else had a problem. We contacted Door Dash, who contacted Hong Kong Express... they still refused to do anything about it. The food went in the trash & Door Dash refunded our money. I don’t know which was worse, their food or their customer service.
