This place used to be spot on. The last time I went my croissant was so crunchy it just crumbled apart into flakes. The biggest mess imaginable. Who eats crunchy croissants? And My kids hashbrowns weren’t even cooked. But because I’ve never had a bad experience prior I went back today. And it was even worst than last time. Same issue with my croissant. My chicken salad ciabatta isn’t even chewable unless you have the jaw of hulk hogan. And my raspberry sparking water? Not sparkling. Literally syrup in regular water. What is the deal? Has there been management or staff changes because this is pure trash now. What a disappointment.

Went threw drive threw ordered 2 hot coffee, she made 2 ice coffee .. she fixed the order no problem. BUT if she was not on her phone she may have got it right but her phone call was/is more important then the customers at this place .. their was another incident with a hot coffee without a cover properly on burning me.
