The young girl with the nose ring needs to listen to you when you are ordering coffee I asked for a hot with six creams and two Splenda the coffee comes out dark and she puts regular sugar in the coffee. The coffee taste bitter like it's 2 days old.. Nothing like the other people who used to work there but yeah it wasn't ran by corporate

Ever since the remodel, the service has been less than stellar. The young person who took my order today took 20 minutes to make an egg and cheese sandwhich on a bagel. It was only me and 1 other person. They seemed forgetful as well. And it seems they never have more than 1 person working at a time. Which doesn't seem fair to the staff. I have a feeling it's management and not the staffs fault, but service is generally very slow and but the time I get food, it's cold. A bit disappointed

Drive there, get out of your car and go in, but the drive thru gets service before I do standing there, 4 cars go thru..still standing there. So I leave. 2 kids..no hello, no goodbye, no following me out to say hey..u drove over let me serve you. Good luck on your shop... Off to the diner where the food and service is excellent.

This location closes so early. There is only one person who works in the afternoon and no matter who it is...they always seem grumpy. I rarely get the burritos I go there for because they are out. I feel like I'm bothering them and maybe they just don't want to make it. I can't tell. No one should be working alone. It's a safety issue to me, but it can also wear employees down having yo do it all alone.

So over the past month we visted 4 of these. I am not a coffee drinker, I prefer sweet and thick chia. But my friends like ice coffee so we checked them out. Each shop is different in this area. In some the staff is more friendly in others sort of rude and short tempered. A poorer D&D, not as well kept, but in general a better coffee I am told. I had never had the cinnamon sticks and will in the future stop in for those. I was hoping for a better experience. Because I find a lot of D&D's very rude. And more expensive. Their coffee is very bitter. So I won't give up on Honey Dew quite yet... but be selective in which ones I go to. PS, most of the Honey Dews didn't have public restrooms. Not sure that is legal. But coffee, tea, and restrooms sorta go together.
