Honey Dew Donuts

Everything was fine until I took the lid off my coffee and noticed the cream has curdled. Gross. This is the second time this week (first time was from Mary Lou’s). The food was good, but I’m disappointed in this. Coffee shops need to make sure they are using fresh cream. Also I ordered a caramel mocha cold brew and could only taste the really chemically flavored caramel. I should have stuck with mocha madness instead.

The manager here is so incredibly rude! If I could give his service negative stars I would! I was a loyal customer for over a year I went there every morning and spent 25 dollars every time! My card got declined one time due to something out of my control not because I didn’t have the money but because I had gotten fraud. So the next time I went in the MANAGER yelled in front of everyone in the store “IS THAT GONNA GO THROUGH” keep in mind I’ve been going here for over a year spending 25 dollars a wack! Not to mention the countless times I was overcharged! Just very disappointed! I will no longer be giving honey dew my money I will NEVER go there again! And I will be telling everyone I know not to give ANY money to that establishment!

This is not really an atmosphere type of Honey dew donuts this is more of a on the run location in all fairness to the girl working she was running the counter and the drive-thru and it was busy but I waited a good 5 minutes for my sandwich a man came in went into the back room put down his stuff came right out opened up the microwave handed me my food and we were good to go I still left her a tip because I know what it's like to be left behind the counter waiting on backup. The more importantly this is a quick flyover stop and get whatever you need cigarettes whatever get your coffee get your gas and head over the bridge.

Arrived at 4:40 on a Wednesday and was informed they just closed up, kinda confusing when online it says they're open till 7 every night. (Edit) This was originally posted three years ago same issue, arrived at 4:32 pm today employee starred at me like I was another species trying to figure out what I was and told me we're already closed it seems nothing has changed.

I go here quite a bit the people working are always nice,I generally use the drive thru. I have never had a problem with the food.The owner is a very nice. This location is run and owned by a local family and they hire neighborhood kids and adults to work here and support the local sports teams. This is not a corporate store. Be advised. The men's bathroom that is maintained by the Shell gas station at the same location is filthy, please don't let this affect your opinion about Honeydew it's out of their control.
